Alping Italia, is an industrial automation company based in the industrial area of Udine (ZIU) founded in 1999. What are we looking for
Level 1 automation software programmers (PLC / HMI / SCADA) with minimum experience of 5 years.
The figure will deal with:
The figure will deal with:
Definition and drafting of the technical specifications of the project
Definition of the structure and characteristics of the HW configuration of the project (PLC and HMI, Motion, Plant supervision, Safety)
SW design (code writing) of the machine using the applications dedicated to the type and brand of the chosen PLC (Step 7, Tia portal, RS Logix, CX Programmer)
SW design (code writing) Motion, HMI, Supervision using applications dedicated to the type and brand of the chosen HW
Preliminary analysis and correction of the SW (Initial Debug) through the use of simulation applications (CPU simulators)
Preliminary analysis and correction of the SW (Initial Debug) through the use of simulation applications (HMI simulators)
Installation of the SW designed on the machine at the customer
I / O test (checking the correct electrical wiring of the inputs and outputs signals)
Carrying out tests and simulations of the machine SW for Debugging and making any changes
Functional testing of the machine
Drafting of technical reports on the design, installation and testing activities performed
Drafting of technical documentation (manuals)
Technical advice at the construction site
Minimum Requirements Required:
Electronic / electrical / industrial or automation training.
Knowledge of PLC / HMI programming (Example: Siemens platform such as Step7 and / or TIA Portal). Knowledge of other platforms is advisable, but not necessary
Knowledge of industrial networks
I4.0 conceptual technical notions with related communication protocols (OPC-UA, Profinet, Profibus, etc.)
Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic diagrams
Knowledge of MS Office tools and similar SW
Knowledge of the English language
