Our policy
The experience of the last few years from which the company was born, lead to define as sustainable a corporate mission that is characterized by the desire to support the customer by offering a 360° service in the field of civil and industrial technological systems, through the use of hardware and software tools based on advanced technology, with the aim of achieving a safe and profitable process, ensuring continuous assistance thanks to the available and trained staff.
ALPING ITALIA wants to offer innovative solutions that are, at the same time, clear and reliable. all at the service of the customer. It places confidence in the distribution of knowledge and turns its gaze to the future, attentive to the unstoppable technological evolution.
To this end, the company believes that its employees constitute the main resource available for the achievement of the objectives set; to this end, a corporate path of each one that provides for full involvement with an adequate level of professional growth over time, with an increase in skills and abilities, is indispensable.
The fundamental objective of ALPING ITALIA is the ability to be able to provide a full range of automation services, ranging from consultations at the feasibility study, design, and commissioning stages. It also aims to carry out installation, operation and maintenance services of technological systems: electrical, communications, air conditioning, sanitation.
Given the general objectives just stated, the Executive Board, with a view to furthering their achievement, formally commits itself to:
To organize and manage its activities with the aim of achieving the highest possible level of efficiency and effectiveness of business processes and customer satisfaction, minimizing complaints;
To periodically set goals for quality, review them together with all relevant functions, including policy, context analysis, stakeholder needs and expectations, and risk and opportunity analysis, in order to update them taking into account results already achieved and objectives already attained;
To communicate its goals and policy to all employees and collaborators, in order to raise the degree of internal awareness and participation of everyone in achieving the periodically defined goals;
To meet applicable requirements, whether regulatory, system, or specific customer requirements;
To seek reasonable continuous improvement in the efficiency and effectiveness of its processes, as well as an increase in the organization's competencies.
The Executive Board is aware that this policy requires constant commitment from all personnel and can only be successfully achieved through a systematic approach to the management system by all personnel.
